What is the turnaround time for a modular house?

The turnaround time for our off-the-shelf modular houses is between 4-10 weeks depending on the size. For bespoke orders it can take up to 16 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

How much does it cost to get a bespoke modular house?

The price depends on the size, design, materials, and internal and external finishes, so the best way to get a price is to get in touch with us.

Can I get a mortgage on the modular houses?

Yes, you can. Not all high street banks offer mortgages for modular houses (yet) but it is possible to get a mortgage nonetheless.

Do you offer financing options or payment plans?

Yes, we do. Get in touch with us and ask for more information.

Do you offer maintenance for the modular houses?

Yes, once you get your modular house you can sign up for our annual maintenance plan that includes services such as new external/internal paint and small repairs. 

Can I get the furniture for the modular house from you just as I see it in the design section?

Yes you can, we have a furniture division, called Trident Furniture, and we can provide all the furniture that is shown in the Interior Design section, as well as bespoke orders.

Do modular houses have foundations?

Absolutely! Both our Garden rooms and Modular houses are assembled on foundations – either Ground screws or traditional Concrete foundation.

Do you assemble the houses or do I need to get my own team?

Either way works for us! We can assemble the houses ourselves, and we would always advise so if you or your team do not have any experience with modular houses, but if you want to assemble it yourself or with your own team – no problem! Get in touch with us for more information.
